We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Complex Dementia Lead to join our team in Bedford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of dementia care to take on a leadership role, guiding best practice and ensuring our residents living with complex dementia receive the highest quality of support. A nursing qualification is not required for this role — we welcome applications from highly skilled Senior Carers, Dementia Specialists, or individuals with extensive experience working in dementia environments.
