Technical Manager
Are you an experienced technical manager within the food industry?
Do you have a background in leading the technical agenda for a fast paced food manufacturing site?
Are you experienced in managing all technical aspects to ensure legal compliance and retail customer legislation?
MacGregor Black is partnering with a Food Manufacturing Business on the search for a Technical Manager. This is a perm role based in East Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for product quality, safety, integrity and legality.
* Accountable for the technical and quality assurance function of the site meeting company, legislative, customer and 3rd party accreditation standards.
* Ensuring that the Technical Team is trained and fit for purpose.
* Ensuring that the company’s quality systems are fully compliant with current standards and customer requirements.
* Maintenance and Leadership of the HACCP and TACCP Plan.
What are we looking for?
1. BSc in Food Science, Technology or a related field.
2. HACCP Level 4.
