With the opening of our new Green Room Café, we’re looking for a part-time Barista/Front of House Team Member to help deliver a welcoming guest experience and keep day-to-day service running smoothly, with high standards of food, drink and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include: Deliver friendly, efficient service by welcoming guests, taking orders, knowing the menu and making helpful recommendations. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other drinks to brand standards. Prepare simple food items (e.g., sandwiches and salads) and support basic kitchen prep as needed. Run food and drinks, clear and reset tables promptly, and keep the front-of-house area tidy during service. Maintain excellent hygiene standards, including cleaning duties (café and toilets), in line with the rota and food safety procedures. Support stock checks, replenishment and ordering, and help with opening and closing tasks. Work well as part of a team and independently, communicating clearly and escalating issues to a manager when needed. Desirable requirements: Ideally be barista trained (or keen to learn). Have enthusiasm and a genuine interest in hospitality and food. Be welcoming, friendly and helpful. Be able to drive, due to the remote location of our business. This is a part-time role (3 days per week: Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays), with the potential for more hours in time. Typical working hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm with an unpaid break. Full training will be provided.
