Over 5 years of experience in similar roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Provide advice and guidance on all matters relating to ServiceNow implementation and technical best practice. Ensure adherence to coding and design standards and provide technical hand-over documentation. Deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations that meet customer requirements and avoid escalations. Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met. Attend and present at customer meetings to understand requirements and assist with knowledge transfer. Record, qualify, and question customer requirements, even in complex projects. Communicate effectively on complex issues to meet business and customer needs. Provide technical design authority and mentor more junior members of the team. Act as a technical lead for medium-scale solutions ensuring designs achieve appropriate outcomes and deliverables. Model guidance around technical and behavioral competencies to ensure sharing of internal best practices.
