đź’Ľ Role Overview:
As a Catering Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience team, primarily within our restaurant spaces.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering excellent service in high-end hospitality settings
* Greeting and engaging with guests warmly and professionally
* Serving food and beverage requests efficiently and accurately
* Preparing and clearing tables
* Taking orders in restaurants
* Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment before, after and during service
* Preparing simple food and serving tea and coffee
* Develop an understanding of the product range available
* Manage payments through our till system
