We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our client's supply chain operations and help ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with inventory management and stock control
* Coordinate deliveries and shipments with internal teams and external partners
* Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records
* Track and report on shipments and delivery timelines
* Handle general administrative tasks related to logistics and warehousing
* Support the logistics team in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient logistics operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
* Full UK Driving License
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP systems)
* Team player with a proactive attitude
