Pastoral Mentor - Secondary Location - Horley Start: ASAP Contract: 12 weeks temp to perm Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm, Term-time only Salary: £21,500 - £22,000 per annum We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient Pastoral Mentor to join a supportive secondary school specialising in social, emotional, and mental health needs. Helping students build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour. Working inside and outside of the classroom to support emotional development, working to de-escalate and provide support to enable the pupil to engage with their learning. Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored pastoral strategies.
