What the role involves
* Leading lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
* Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to adapt learning
* Creating a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment
We’re looking for someone who
* Holds HLTA status (or has equivalent experience)
* Brings patience, adaptability, and a caring approach
* Has experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable but not essential)
* Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff alike
