Our Subsidence Advisor opportunities are ideal to kick start your career with a well-established and highly successful global organisation. We offer career development with full exam and study support, promotional opportunities, and a fully inclusive culture. Responsibilities
* Support our valued clients in proactively handling and settling subsidence claims, including domestic and commercial cases with various values.
* Interpret technical data, investigation information, and repair schedules, translating them into customer-friendly documents.
* Communicate effectively with policyholders, keeping them informed and providing a first-class service to ensure the best customer journey.

* Strong relationship-building skills to engage with all parties and provide support when needed.
* An understanding of customer priorities and the ability to empathize.
