PermanentVacancy for a Part Time, Salaried ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) (will be 3 days a week but we are flexible)

This is apermanent vacancy replacing a current Practitioner who is moving on
We arelooking for a motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to help us cover this highperforming and friendly GP surgery. Thiswould suit either an experienced ANP or we MAY consider someone less experienced. We would needsomeone who is an independent prescriber. The preference is for someone with Primary Care experience. The position is three daysper week and the days and times are flexible. We are looking at starting around8.30am and finishing around 5.00pm.
Main duties of the job
The normalday would consist of the following:
10 patients Appointments (AM) of 15 minutes each (telephone call and face to face)
10 patients Appointments (PM) of 15 minutes each (telephone call and face to face)
Working in a buddy system where you and a buddy clinician cover each other during holiday periods and times of days off as guided by the Practice Partners
A share of the administration for the day, depending on any meetings or other work
Administration time is expected to be done during each working day.
Asthis is a permanent contract then you would be entitled to access the NHSpension scheme (unless you opted out) and would receive 30 days annual leaveplus all of the usual Bank Holidays (1st January to 31stDecember). You would also receive up to one week paid study leave.
Thesurgery uses the SystmOne clinical system and is part of the North Halifax PCN(Primary Care Network).

Qualifications
* Must be a fully qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner
* Must be an independent Prescriber
* Must have a Nursing PIN Number
* Ideally will have at least 2 years of experience working in General Practice
* Experience of working with the SystmOne clinical system
* Experience of working with a multi-disciplinary team
