We are seeking enthusiastic, guest-oriented individuals to join our Food and Beverage team. Part-time roles are available for evenings, weekends and school holidays
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
* Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
* Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods, espresso equipment, and café operations.
* Strong multitasking ability and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
* Cash-handling or POS experience is a plus.
Personal Qualities
* Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
* Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
