The role: The Regional Account Manager - Fire will be responsible for building and implementing strategies to maximise Fire opportunities within the market and ensure advancement of growth targets. You will lead our Fire sales team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales revenue and volume KPIs. You will manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews, and inspire your team to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, whilst also being responsible for your own Fire sales targets generated from both existing customers and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed your own sales KPIs from activity, revenue and margin perspectives.
* Manage key customer relationships, ensure high customer retention and satisfaction, and drive the team to increase New Business Development.
* Ensure the sales team are trained on and understand new products and solutions as they enter the market.
* Maximise sales opportunities through allocated accounts and new business with a planned approach to win potential business at maximum gross margin.
* Proactively manage CRM system, activity, opportunity pipeline reporting; monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of business development activities.
* Prepare regular reports on business development progress, achievements, business plans and challenges for management review.
* Supply weekly accurate sales forecasts to Head of Regional Sales.
* Observe all health and safety requirements, ensuring you and others operate safely.

* Active management of your own accounts to increase retention and spend.
* New business prospecting to increase Securitas Technologies customer base within the Fire market.
* Achievement oriented with high activity level, able to withstand pressure and stay goal-oriented with urgency.
* Maximise profitability with a Right First Time approach and provide performance feedback to the team.

* Experience in a Security or Technology environment, preferably in a multinational, fast-paced, matrix setting.
* Sales experience at this level with the ability to lead by example; consultative selling with emphasis on new business opportunities.
* Strong initiative, planning and organising skills; tenacious, resilient, and team-oriented.
* IT literate; ability to perform under pressure; highly driven and self-motivated; results-focused.
* Strong understanding of market research techniques and business development strategies; understanding of NSI and compliance standards.
* Experience with CRM software platforms.
