An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced individual to join the Kilbirnie Housing Team as a Housing Officer within Housing Services on a temporary basis until 31 March 2026. Responsibilities include delivering a wide range of housing services, with required experience in a housing-related environment, understanding of current issues and legislation related to allocations, estate management, rent management, and anti-social behaviour. Excellent IT skills, organizational abilities, adaptability, and strong communication skills are essential for liaising effectively with various agencies.
