Branch Manager – Mansfield – £35,000 – £38,000 + Bonus
We have a new opportunity for an experienced manager with a background in financial services/banking to join our client in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. You will require excellent customer service and people management skills. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Providing management across the branch including setting and achieving targets
* Actively promoting the business products and services
* Providing excellent customer service to customers
* Providing training to new and existing staff members
* Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and legalities
* Actively working in the community to engage with charities and local opportunities
* Contributing to the advertising and marketing of the business
* Providing support to other branches when required
Person specification:
* Management experience within financial services or banking
* Degree within a finance/business related subject
* CeMap qualified or equivalent
* Knowledge of BCOBS and MCOBS regulations
* Access to car as some travel to other branches may be required
Salary, working hours and benefits
* The salary on offer is £35,000 – £38,000pa + Bonus
* Contracted working hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. With this being a senior role you will be expected to be flexible depending on business needs.
