We have a vacancy for a Special Educational Needs teaching assistant to provide support for the children in our Reception classroom and act as a key worker for a child with significant special educational needs. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of working with children with a range of special educational needs. The role will include a mixture of 1:1 and small group support, as well as assisting the class teacher and the other teaching assistants in the classroom. St Michael’s has recently been judged as ‘Outstanding’ in a recent Ofsted inspection.
