We are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to support this specialist operations team for the next 6 months within our People & Experience (HR) Team. This contract role will lead a People Ops team of 3, managing, inspiring and developing the team across:
* Payroll – hands on experience required.
* HRIS – implementations, improvements & efficiencies.
* HR Admin – full employee lifecycle admin.
* Compliance & Reporting.
* Total Rewards.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading People Operations or HR for an organization of similar size, with a track record of driving processes and efficiencies. Immediate starters preferred; the vacancy may close early.
