We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and highly organized Student Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This role will support the planning and delivery of our student recruitment marketing to raise brand awareness and drive applications and enrollment across our undergraduate, postgraduate, and research courses in Music, Drama, and Production Arts.
You will support the implementation of our marketing plans for higher education across all channels, including creating email communications for potential applicants, and working with Guildhall students, staff, and alumni to develop engaging written and video content. You will also represent Guildhall School at internal and external events, inspiring students to pursue creative studies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, communications, or student recruitment within higher education, arts, or similar sectors. You should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and be confident working independently and managing deadlines.
Occasional travel within the UK for events will be required, along with some evening and weekend work, for which time in lieu will be given. An Enhanced DBS check is also required.
