Business Development Manager Defence, Aerospace & Obsolescence What Were Looking For Proven business development or sales experience with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets A highly developed commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders Strategic thinker with strong pipeline management and forecasting ability Self-motivated, driven, and confident working autonomously Willingness to travel within the UK for customer meetings and internationally for overseas exhibitions and industry events Full UK driving licence Experience within defence, aerospace, or obsolescence sectors is desirable but not essential.
