Role Overview
The Preconstruction Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the preconstruction function, assisting with the smooth running of preconstruction activities and processes.
Experience
*
MUST HAVE previous administrative experience within the construction industry
*
Experience of managing tender / enquiry documentation, including checking documents against issue lists, managing addendums, superseding documents etc
* Experience of using SharePoint to manage documentation, at least at an intermediate level
* Experience of managing tender correspondence via portals
* Able to manage and prioritise requests from multiple members of staff, and work to deadlines
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the preconstruction team
*
Assist with document control and information management
*
Support tender and preconstruction processes as required
*
Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
*
Maintain records, logs, and preconstruction data
*
Assist with meetings, submissions, and deadlines
*
Carry out ad hoc tasks in support of preconstruction activities
