Network Support Engineer (NOC 3rd line) Cirencester to £50k
Growing IT / Network solutions provider is seeking a Network Support Engineer to join their team in Cirencester.
As a Network Support Engineer you will provide 3rd line / NOC support to clients, responding to customer support tickets and managing escalations to vendors. You'll troubleshoot customer reported issues, providing advice and guidance, acting as an escalation point for other teams and providing break-fix support for complex networking issues. You will also onboard new customers into the vendor portal, audit new customer environments and provide recommendations.
You'll be mainly working on Juniper networks, also with some Cisco.

You'll join a friendly and talented team in the Cirencester office on a full time basis.
About you:
You have strong network support / network engineering experience
You have experience of troubleshooting and fault resolution within a Juniper environment
You have strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
You have experience of managing 3rd party vendors and can push back when needed
You're have experience with a NOC environment
You have great communication and customer service skills
