We require an administrative officer to work within the Contracts Department at Lurgan Hospital.
This is a full time role working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm for an initial period of 3 months with the possibility of extension.
The main duties will be to assist the Telecoms Manager and Contracts Manager with:
* Preparation of contract documentation for procurement
* Tendering and payments
* Filing duties/database maintenance
* Liaise with outside contractors
* Send out notifications of contract start dates and prepare tender documentation
* Record and distribute associated minutes
* Ensure associated contract payments are made in a timely manner
What We Need From You
* 5 GCSE’S grade A*- C including English and Maths
* 1 year administrative or clerical experience at a Band 3 Level or equivalent
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
