Alexander Steele are working with an established and growing food manufacturing business (meat) which are looking to recruit an Account Coordinator to join their sales team.
The ideal candidate has experience building relationships, negotiating prices, and growing customer bases within a high paces sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily customer trading and relationships, negotiating prices and volumes while providing excellent service.
* Control daily stock by monitoring production output, identifying shortages or weight issues, and ensuring all product is sold with minimal waste.
* Process incoming customer orders quickly and accurately each morning to keep production and operations fully informed.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximise daily returns and stay competitive.
* Grow sales by identifying opportunities with existing customers and developing new customer relationships.
* Coordinate closely with production, operations, and transport teams to ensure delivery plans are achievable and efficient.
