This isn’t about managing clients, it’s about growing them. You'll be the strategic lead across a portfolio of ambitious eCommerce brands, spotting opportunities, leading conversations, and working with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
What you'll be doing:
Be the primary contact for your clients, developing trusted relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling innovative solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and impactful client reporting.
Identify and implement strategic account plans to maximise client success and business profitability.
Maintain high-quality client data in HubSpot, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
What we're looking for:
A commercially savvy professional with a proven track record of growing client accounts in the digital commerce or SAAS space.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot.
