We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to join the team at a premium boutique group training studio in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a performance-driven training environment, delivering high-quality sessions and helping members systematically progress through structured training cycles.
The Basics:
* £25 per class, minimum 10 classes per week + opening/closing additional fees.
* Mixture of morning, evening and alternating weekend shifts.
* Access to specialist training opportunities (e.g., Hyrox Level 1 course).

The Role:
* Lead group training sessions, including Strength, Conditioning, and Mobility classes.
* Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts that cater to participants of varying fitness levels.
* Provide clear coaching, demonstrate correct form, and offer modifications when necessary.
* Create a positive and inclusive community atmosphere where members feel supported and motivated.
* Maintain high energy and presence throughout every session.
* Monitor members’ performance and provide constructive feedback to maximise results and reduce risk of injury.
* Support with studio setup and breakdown of equipment before and after sessions.
* Collaborate with the coaching team, with occasional opportunities to contribute to programming.
The Person:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and thrives in a group training environment.
Essential qualifications and experience:
* Minimum Level 3 Personal Training certification.
* First Aid at Work certification.
* Previous experience leading group Strength and Conditioning sessions.
* Strong knowledge of exercise science, training principles, and safety protocols.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate groups.
* High energy and enthusiasm, with a team-player mindset.
Nice to haves:
* Experience in functional fitness, HIIT, mobility, or performance-based training.
* Additional specialty certifications (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, Spinning).
* Interest in Hyrox or similar fitness concepts.
Hiring Process:
Our structured onboarding process ensures you feel confident before leading sessions:
* Attend 2 classes (1 Strength and 1 Conditioning) to experience our training style and meet the team.
* Complete up to 5 paid shadow shifts, with increasing responsibility each time.
* By the 5th session, the expectation is that you can confidently lead a class independently.
