Job Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (ECTs welcome)
• Understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practice
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Role Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging KS1 lessons tailored to individual needs
• Support pupils with a range of additional and complex needs
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families
• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress effectively
• Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
