Are you a people-person who loves solving tech challenges? Our client (MSP) is looking for a bubbly and outgoing 2nd Line Engineer to join their Central London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment while working directly with a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering remote support for a wide range of clients.
* Working with Microsoft 365, Azure, and core networking fundamentals.
* Providing technical assistance across both Windows and Mac environments.
* Resolving a variety of technical issues, from user support to more complex escalations.
* Building strong relationships with clients, making tech approachable and stress-free.
Key Requirements:
* Solid experience in a 2nd Line Support / Service Desk Engineer role.
* Strong skills in M365 administration.
* Good understanding of network fundamentals (switching, routing, firewalls).
* Confident supporting macOS as well as Windows.
* A proactive, positive, and client-friendly attitude.
Desirables:
* MS-900
* AZ-900
* CompTIA Network+.
* Experience supporting Sage
