Details of duties:
Identify, source, and evaluate new suppliers of confectionery and FMCG products, including both domestic and international vendors.
Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure the most competitive deals while maintaining quality standards.
Forecast product demand in alignment with sales trends and operational needs.
Analyse market trends, commodity pricing, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
Maintain detailed and accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
Provide timely communication regarding stock availability, supplier issues, and product changes.
