Business Development Manager (Estate Agency)
Salary £20,000 to £25,000
OTE £30,000 to £45,000
Part time hybrid
Office presence required two to three days each month in Newbury
Must live within 45 minutes of Newbury (maximum)
Our award winning estate agency partner is looking for a driven sales professional to join a high performance team focused on generating fresh valuation opportunities. You will work through an established database of local homeowners, build rapport quickly and turn conversations into new instructions for the valuations team. This is perfect for someone who loves the phone, thrives on targets and brings real energy and professionalism to every call.
Key requirements:
Three years sales experience
Comfortable commuting to Newbury when required
Confident phone caller who enjoys high volume outreach
Strong people skills and natural conversation flow
Good admin ability and accuracy in CRM systems
Estate agency experience for at least one year is ideal but not essential
Solid understanding of the home moving process
Professional, personable and a genuine hard worker
What you will be doing:
Calling homeowners from a warm and established database
Building trust and generating interest in market appraisals
Spotting opportunities and passing qualified leads to the valuations team
Maintaining accurate notes and managing your pipeline through the CRM
Delivering exceptional service with every conversation
Driving revenue and supporting the continued growth of a market leader
