Norwich
The UK Holiday Group
Travel executive
Posted: 21 March
Offer description

Established in 1984, The UK Holiday Group is one of Britain’s leading privately owned holiday and hospitality organisations. Although we lead in the UK domestic market, we are also a key player in escorted air holidays, holidays by rail, no-fly ocean cruises and European river cruises. Operating to multiple destinations worldwide, our team members love holidays as much as our customers, and we are always on the look‑out for people who share that passion.

Our head office is in a listed building in Norwich, and we have two other offices, in Yorkshire and Glasgow.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sales executive to join the justforgroups! team, the division which specialises in tailor‑made group holidays. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry, a background in travel and tourism, or a minimum of two years working in a sales role. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to multi‑task, whilst working in an office environment in Norwich.

* Processing and preparing correspondence via email and post
* Processing payments and invoices
* Occasional off‑site visits to customers and business partners

Hours: Full‑time

Days: Monday-Friday.

Hours: 37.5

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Qualifications

* Experience in Travel Consulting and providing tailored travel advice
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well in a team environment
* Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
* An understanding of coach holidays, escorted air tours, or group travel (preferred)
* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
