Estimating Director – Civil Engineering & Groundworks
Rewards up to £140,000 + package (depending on experience)
HYBRID WORKING - 3 Days WORK FROM HOME + 2 DAYS OFFICE
Midlands £60m business
Pre Construction Director needed to manage work winning, client relationships, and preconstruction team management; Operating as both a principle contractor and / or subcontractor at times with a very varied blue chip client base.
Hybrid role – office and home working
* Overseeing and managing tenders and bids workload through a team reporting in
* Pricing tenders valued between £1m - £15m typcially
* Dealing with a very established Blue Chip client base
* Reporting to the Chairman
* Working for a very well-established business

A very well-respected Civil Engineering and Groundworks contractor that operates on projects ranging from £1m - £15m in value across the UK.
Covering civil engineering and groundworks across:
* Commercial
* Industrial
* Technology
* Motorsport
* Healthcare
* Heavy industry
Project types will typically include but are not limited to:
Earthworks, ground improvement works, bulk excavation, ground beams and floor slabs, pile caps, foundations, specialist tanking installation, retaining walls and structures, reinforced concrete sub-structures and super-structures, formwork installations, basements, external works and hard landscaping

Salary to suit experience level – expected between £100,000 - £140,000 + package

Experience within the Civil Engineering and Groundworks market sector
First Principles Estimating
People management skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills and experience
