Senior Compliance Content Creator (AI, Policy & Regulation)
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Contract: 6 month - Contract Role - opportunity for extension

Our client is a global technology company operating at the intersection of AI, regulation, and enterprise customers. As their AI-powered products continue to evolve, they are investing heavily in clear, trusted, and compliant communication for customers, regulators, and internal teams.
This role sits at the heart of that effort.
They are looking for a Senior Compliance Content Creator who can confidently explain AI products, features, and regulatory considerations in a way that builds customer confidence — while meeting the exacting standards of Legal, Compliance, and Public Policy teams.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working on complex, scrutinised content and translating it into language that is clear, accurate, and usable.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Create long-form, high-quality compliance and regulatory content related to AI products and features
* (e.g. PDFs, white papers, blogs, help articles, FAQs, field-enablement content)
* Translate technical, legal, and policy concepts into clear, human-readable narratives without losing accuracy
* Partner closely with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure content is approved, aligned, and risk-appropriate
* Support go-to-market and customer conversations by providing trusted, compliant messaging around legislation, governance, and AI usage
* Respond to highly scrutinised content requests, managing feedback and approvals with confidence and precision
* Maintain and update compliance content to ensure it remains current as regulations and products evolve
What They’re Looking For
This role is not about social media or short-form marketing copy.
They’re looking for someone who can own substantive, long-term content projects in regulated environments.
Essential experience:
* Strong examples of compliance, regulatory, or policy-driven content production
* Proven experience working directly with Legal and/or Public Policy teams
* Ability to collaborate with Sales or customer-facing teams and demonstrate real-world impact
* Experience explaining AI, LLMs, or advanced technology in a compliant and accessible way
Ideal background:
* Compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, public policy, trust & safety, or governance content
* Experience in technology, platforms, pharma, or other highly regulated industries
* Comfortable operating where Marketing ambition meets Legal caution
Top 3 Non-Negotiables
* Demonstrated production of high-quality compliance content (samples or case studies essential)
* Clear experience partnering with Legal, Public Policy, and Sales — with evidence of impact
* Strong understanding of AI / LLMs and the regulatory environment surrounding them
