1. Provide 1st line application support for internal teams and external clients globally
2. Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions or workarounds, and document fixes
3. Support customer onboarding, rollouts, and implementation tasks
4. Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the database
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions
6. Assist with upgrades, server builds, and product customisations
