Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a growing travel business who are recruiting an HR Generalist to join their team in Essex. The Role: As HR Generalist, you will manage all aspects of in-house human resources, supporting the Leadership Team and line managers with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, policy implementation, and employee development. You will lead initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and deliver training and wellbeing programs across the business. You will also manage HR administration, employee records, and work closely with external HR and payroll providers You Will Have: • CIPD part-qualified or working towards the qualification (flexible for strong hands-on experience) • Proven HR generalist experience, including recruitment, performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee relations • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently • Professional, tactful, and confident manner when handling sensitive or complex situations Additional Info: • Salary: £40,000 per year • Full-time, hybrid role - 2 days in the office per week in Essex • 20 days holiday(increasing annually to 25) plus ...
