What you’ll be doing:
* Provide expert clinical pharmacy services across oncology and acute care pathways.
* Lead and support medicines management initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.
* Act as a clinical role model, driving innovation and promoting best practice in oncology pharmacy.
* Train, mentor, and support pharmacy colleagues and wider clinical teams.
* Play an active role in the ongoing development of pharmacy services.
What we’re looking for:
* GPhC-registered Pharmacist (BPharm, MPharm, or BSc in Pharmacy).
* Acute hospital experience is essential.
* Oncology and/or Acute Medicine experience is highly desirable.
* Royal Pharmaceutical Society membership is desirable but not essential.
* Experience from both NHS and private sector backgrounds is welcomed.
