Employee Relations Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Kingston upon Thames, £19.74 to £21.71ph (depending upon experience) PAYE - Reference: RQ1569768 To assist the delivery of a professional Human Resources Advisory and Policy service through the provision of wide breadth of support, administration, and record keeping responsibilities that help contribute to an efficient, accurate and customer focussed service. The role will focus on the activities of each borough; a group of schools and academies; and/or or other traded partners, there is an expectation that individuals will work flexibly across all areas where their expertise is required, to support the best use of HR resources to meet fluctuations in demand.
