Location: Weymouth, Dorset
Pay: £85 – £95 per day (inclusive of holiday pay)
Contract: Full-time or part-time, flexible start dates

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming primary schools across Weymouth. About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, your role will involve:
Supporting pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Working 1:1 with pupils with additional needs (SEN) or in small intervention groups
Assisting with lesson preparation and supporting classroom activities
Promoting a positive learning environment and helping pupils stay engaged
Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff
✅ The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, youth work, tutoring, or similar)
A positive, patient and proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills
A desire to support learning and promote pupil progress
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or similar) – not essential but desirable
