As we expand, we're looking for a results-driven Part-Time Marketing Assistant to help us build our brand, generate leads, and grow our customer base.
Job Overview:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of our marketing efforts. You will develop creative strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and attract potential clients. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads while helping us establish a strong presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Manage social media platforms (content creation, posting, and engagement)
* Design and distribute promotional materials (flyers, newsletters, etc.)
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns
* Optimize website content to improve SEO and online visibility
* Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness
* Collaborate with the management team to align marketing goals with business objectives
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation
* Strong communication and creative skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Knowledge of SEO, content creation, and email marketing platforms
* Understanding of the electrical or construction industry (preferred but not essential)
