Senior Pensions Administrator - Bedford
We are seeking a full-time Senior Pensions Administrator to join our office in Bedford. This role involves managing all aspects of day-to-day pension administration to provide excellent service to members.
Position Details:
Location: Bedford, with a hybrid working mode (4 days in the office, 1 day remote per week).

Responsibilities:
1. Proactively liaise with team members to ensure clarity and successful delivery of pension services
2. Ensure compliance with best practices and legislation, supporting the Team Leader
3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries from members and third parties efficiently
4. Maintain and develop relevant knowledge and skills
Candidate Profile:
We seek an experienced Pensions Administrator eager for a new challenge and interested in becoming part of our successful team. Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience administering DB and DC schemes
2. Deep understanding of the pensions industry
3. Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
4. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. IT literacy and numeracy skills
