An opportunity for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (3rd Line) to join an established MSP in Northern Ireland!

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to resolve complex issues escalated from junior support teams. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, along with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintenance of service levels.
The Role
4. Providing 3rd line support - resolving hardware & software issues
5. Assisting with system administration
6. Technical escalation point for less senior staff members.
7. Maintain and improve IT documentation.
The Ideal Person
8. + 5 years IT Support Experience
9. VMware and HyperV knowledge
10. Networking Experience
