The Package Overall Package: Up to £40,000 Career Progression: Excellent long-term opportunities within the business The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and maximising new and existing business opportunities Booking and carrying out property viewings Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face Working towards and achieving individual and branch targets Negotiating and agreeing offers between landlords and tenants Representing the company in a professional manner at all times Building strong relationships with local landlords, property owners, and investors The Ideal Candidate Minimum 1 year’s experience in a lettings or estate agency role Ambitious, hard-working, and target driven Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation and communication skills Good knowledge of the local property market (preferred) Enjoys working with the public and delivering excellent customer service Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed Holds a full, valid UK driving licence Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm ( 1 in 3 Saturdays ) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing estate agency offering a strong overall package, supportive working environment, and genuine career progression.
