Laleham Gap School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic teacher to join our exceptional teaching staff. Our school is committed to providing outstanding education and support to students with specific learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and other communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of our students.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
3. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to create and implement effective Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, independence, and a love of learning.
5. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
7. Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for inclusive education.
