This role is ideal for someone passionate about behaviour management and mentoring students, with a focus on maintaining a calm, productive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the Internal Exclusion/Repair and Restore room, supporting students who need time away from class. Ensure students in the room remain engaged with their work and maintain a positive environment. Liaise with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure smooth reintegration of students into mainstream lessons. Develop and implement behaviour interventions and support strategies. Mentor students with behavioural concerns, especially those on Behaviour Boundary 5 or 6. Support the school's Behaviour for Learning policy and assist with student safety and wellbeing. About You GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above, or equivalent). Experience working with students who exhibit challenging behaviour.
