💷 Salary: £16.50 – £17.50 per hour + accrued holiday pay
⏰ Working Hours: Full-time or Part-time, Term-time only
đź“Ś Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
2. Lead classes during teacher PPA time or absence
3. Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils, including those with SEN
4. Deliver targeted interventions to help close attainment gaps
5. Assist with tracking pupil progress and maintaining accurate records
6. Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
8. Previous teaching or lesson delivery experience in UK schools
9. Proven ability to support learning in either primary or secondary settings
10. Confident in delivering pre-planned lessons independently
11. Strong classroom management and communication skills
12. Patient, proactive and flexible attitude
13. A genuine passion for education and child development
