We are looking for a Legacies Marketing Executive to join us and support the development and delivery of proposition specific campaigns.
What will I be doing?
* Supporting the Legacies Proposition Marketing team on the delivery of marketing outputs and coordinating the development and approval processes.
* Supporting the content and creative production process, working with agencies, freelancers and the internal Creative Team to develop compelling creative across a range of channels.
* Managing end‑to‑end Legacies campaign delivery across channels including paid social, email and direct mail.
* Providing operational support for Legacies campaign set‑up and management across all channels, including auditing campaign elements prior to launch.
* Overseeing key Legacies marketing processes including monitoring inbound line calls and supporting finance processes such as raising POs.
* Working with UX experts to deliver pre‑launch test and learn initiatives, sharing findings with stakeholders and optimising activity and assets based on results.
* Conducting in‑campaign and post‑campaign analysis across all channels, evaluating against KPIs and preparing regular reports for the Marketing Manager.
What are we looking for?
* Experience of successfully delivering multi‑channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis.
* Understanding of end‑to‑end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns.
* Experience of developing campaign assets for use across channels.
* Data‑driven with an understanding of UX principles and experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation.
* Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks to deadline.
* Proven success of good stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively.
* Passionate marketer with an interest in external trends and developments.
* High level of IT literacy, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
