Our Long Eaton based client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join their friendly team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave initially. The ideal candidate will support the sales department by completing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and providing exceptional customer service.
The role involves part-time hours, 4 or 5 days a week, around 20-30 hours depending on your preference. The full-time salary is £25,000, which will be pro-rated for part-time hours.
Sales Administrator - The Role:
* Building relationships with customers and providing outstanding customer service
* Maintaining the sales database
* Logging and recording sales data
* Producing quotations for customers
* Liaising with internal departments
* Striving to improve quality in all practices
Sales Administrator - The Candidate:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
