This position is an hourly paid role with variable hours up to a maximum of 37 per week We are looking for an hourly paid Digital Skills Lecturer to deliver digital skills lessons to adults primarily based at our Blossomfield campuses, with flexibility to travel to our other campuses as required. You will need to be confident to deliver engaging and interactive digital skills training sessions to learners of various skill levels. Be able to tailor sessions to meet individual and group learning needs. Provide practical guidance in areas such as Microsoft Office, internet safety, email management, excel, and social media. (depending on expertise). Support learners in gaining confidence with technology for personal or professional use. Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.
