As Head of Salesfor Heritage Portfolio (HPL), you will shape and drive the commercial strategy across a prestigious collection, leading galleries and exclusive private heritage venues.From high-end dinners and luxury weddings to bespoke corporate and MICE events, you'll be responsible for maximising revenue and elevating HPL's position in the Scottish events market.Reporting as part of the UK Sales Leadership team, you'll lead proactive sales activity, set and deliver ambitious growth targets on a multi-million-pound portfolio, and build a strong, high-performing sales culture.You will work closely with venue-based Sales and Business Development teams, providing strategic direction, coaching and support to grow pipelines, secure new business and deepen relationships with key corporate, agency and private clients.This is a role for a commercially astute, highly proactive sales leader with a strong background in heritage venues, events, or MICE, and a genuine feel for the Scottish market.
