We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Key Account Co-ordinatorto join our client's growing team. This role is key to building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring the delivery of a 'world-class' service.
You will work closely with customers, engineers, schedulers, and internal teams to coordinate service delivery, meet KPIs, and ensure all work is completed in line with agreed SLAs. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Duties include
* Liaise with schedulers and specialist teams to ensure bookings meet customer SLA requirements
* Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and subcontractors
* Manage all activity through the service management system
* Maintain accurate records and update customer portals with booking details
* Prepare and send RAMS, permits, and booking documentation
* Support permit requests and job progression via internal admin teams
* Process quotes and raise calls for completion
* Order parts through the appropriate departments
* Produce weekly performance reports and data analysis (including pivot tables)
