About The Role
We are looking for Support Worker/Carers who care about making every moment matter for the people we support in our residential services.
Position: Full-Time Support Worker/Carer
Location: Seaham (SR7 postcode). Drivers desirable.
Hours: Full time, on a rota basis, 8-12 hour shifts, including days, nights, and waking nights.
Job type: Permanent, with contracts of up to 36-40 hours available.
WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

These qualifications are essential for the Support Worker role and will enable you to provide high-quality care and support. You should be adaptable, flexible, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
Experience with challenging behavior and/or learning disabilities is preferred, but all training will be provided. Driving is preferable.

Located on Seaham sea front, supporting adults with learning difficulties, mental health issues, autism, and brain injuries, some displaying challenging behaviors. Led by an experienced Registered Manager committed to excellence and talent development.
