About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Centre (CSC) Administrator to join our team in Basingstoke. In this vital role, you’ll be the central point of support for our field operatives and a key contact for customers, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that values excellent service, strong communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Support field operatives to maximise efficiency and performance
2.
Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and customer queries
3.
Resolve queries quickly while updating systems and documentation
4.
Maintain accurate records and assist in report generation
5.
Monitor and update repair and service jobs in line with operating systems and procedures
6.
Ensure data accuracy, including serial numbers and system codes
7.
Promote a positive, collaborative site environment focused on continuous improvement
